Will I have to go to court?
In the majority of cases, court hearings are inevitable. In many cases, they are quite informal and are mostly designed to give the parties a chance to settle their differences and reach a mutually acceptable settlement. Trials, on the other hand, require extensive preparation and the outcome is almost always uncertain. Although the prospect of a trial is intimidating to many people, it does not have to be.
